The firm
CostaNexa is a Mexican software engineering firm. We stay with companies through the whole life of their technology, from the first conversation to everyday operation, with one accountable team.
Scope, architecture and user experience, in writing, before any code is written.
Tested, documented software, delivered in stages your team can use from the start.
With what your company already has: ERP, accounting, banks, payments and e‑invoicing.
Support, security and continuous improvement while your operation grows and changes.
Capabilities
Nine disciplines, combined to fit each project. Sometimes it is a full platform; sometimes it is one integration that saves your team hours of data entry.
Business systems and platforms built on your real processes: operations, finance, sales, inventory and people. When no packaged product fits, we design one that does.
Customer portals, apps for your field teams and complete digital products, fast and comfortable on any screen.
We get your systems talking: ERP, accounting, payment gateways, e‑commerce, banks and Mexican e‑invoicing. Data is entered once and reaches where it belongs.
Legacy systems that have run their course: we rescue them, migrate them or replace them piece by piece, without stopping the operation or losing your data history.
Agents that serve your customers on the channels they already use, read documents and capture the data, sort requests and handle repetitive work under your business rules.
Reports and dashboards that come straight out of the system, with one version of every number. Decide on what is happening today, not on last month’s close.
Cloud architecture, deployments, backups, monitoring and access control. The part nobody sees, and the one that decides whether the system answers when it is needed.
Technology assessments, experience and interface design, and minimum viable products to validate a new business before investing in all of it.
After go-live the software stays with us: bug fixes, security updates and new features as your company changes.
Industries
Every industry has its own rules, and the software has to understand them. These are some we know well; the list is not a limit.
Reservations, property operations, channel distribution and the guest experience, connected to each other.
Inventory across locations, in-store and online sales, and one version of stock on hand.
Reconciliation, collections and integration with banks and gateways, with control and traceability of every movement.
Scheduling, records, billing and care for every patient’s information.
Contracts, construction progress, collections and portals where your clients see what is theirs.
Production, warehouses, traceability and deliveries, with shop-floor data available at the office.
Case files, document management, time and billing for firms and practices.
Enrollment, student records, tuition billing and platforms for students and families.
If your industry is not on this list, that is not a bad sign: it usually means there is no packaged product that fits you.
Based in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas; we work with companies all over Mexico.
How we work
You know which stage your project is in, what comes next and what it costs. No black boxes.
We talk to the people who run the process every day and come out with the problem, the priorities and the scope in writing.
Architecture, flows and screens. The scope and price of each stage are written down before work starts.
Frequent deliveries you can see and test. What needs adjusting gets adjusted in time, not at the end.
Data migration, training and support through launch, with your team running the real operation.
Support, monitoring and improvements. The software keeps pace with your company as it changes.
What hurts most goes first. The part that solves the most expensive problem goes into production before the rest, gets used with real data, and everything else is built on top of it.
Principles
Six commitments that do not change with the size of the project.
Fully exportable and documented, whenever you ask. If you ever change providers, we hand over what it takes to make that move possible.
We quote by defined project and by stage, not by open-ended hours. You know what you get and what it costs before each part begins.
Role-based access, backups, change logs and care for sensitive information. They are not bolted on at the end; they are designed in from the start.
If something you already use works, we connect it instead of throwing it away. Before proposing anything, we check what is worth keeping.
You talk to the people who design and build your project, not to a go-between taking messages.
If something simpler solves your problem, we tell you, even when that means a smaller project for us.
Questions
The questions that come up on the first call, answered before you have to ask.
It depends on the scope, which is why the first job is to narrow it down. We do not hand everything over at once: the part that solves the most expensive problem goes into production first, gets used with real data, and the rest is built on top of that. Your company starts getting something useful long before the project ends.
The client does. The database can be exported in full, in a format another provider can read, whenever it is requested, and we document how it is organised. If one day you decide to work with someone else, we hand over what is needed to make that move possible.
By defined project and in stages, not by open hour. Before quoting we talk to the people who run the process every day, because the price depends on the real scope rather than on a list of features. We discuss the detail privately, with the context of each operation in front of us.
It adapts. A custom system is built on business rules that live inside the process rather than scattered through the code, so changing them does not mean rebuilding everything. Operations changing is normal; the system has to be able to follow.
Not necessarily. If your ERP, accounting or invoicing already work, integrating them is usually wiser than replacing them. Before proposing anything we look at what is worth keeping.
The signal is not company size, it is repetition: when the same figure gets typed in three places, when month-end close is spent reconciling differences, or when the operation depends on one person being available. If something simpler solves it, we say so, even when that means a smaller project for us.
Yes, where it actually saves work: agents that serve your customers on the channels they already use, that read documents and capture the data, or that sort and route requests. They work within your system’s rules and never make up prices or availability; whatever is not their call goes to a person. If it adds nothing in your case, we tell you.
Whichever serve the project best and your company can sustain afterwards: current web languages and frameworks, mobile applications, relational databases, cloud services and artificial intelligence models from the major providers. We prefer standard, well-documented technology over whatever is fashionable, because another team being able to read the code is part of the delivery too.
Yes. If the project calls for it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before going into the details of your operation. Even without one, whatever you share about your company is treated as confidential.
Yes. After go-live the system stays with us: support, bug fixes, security updates and new features as the operation needs them. Support is agreed as a fixed fee, and new changes are quoted separately.
Contact
